HR Internship

Summary:

As an HR Intern, you will provide administrative support to the human resources team. You will assist with tasks such as handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, responding to emails professionally, and maintaining employee records. This role offers an opportunity to learn about human resources operations and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle phone calls, schedule meetings, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google workspace (or similar) applications, namely Docs and Sheets
  • Proficiency in at least two languages is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews for the HR Director.
  • Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assisting with employee relations activities and events.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
