We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads.
- Decorate pastries using icing, glazes, and toppings.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards.
- Assist in developing new pastry recipes.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of pastries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or baker.
- Knowledge of pastry and baking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Creativity and passion for baking.
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
